Pushing Power: 2nd Stage Labor and the Pelvic Floor
Pushing Power is a workshop designed to help expecting parents feel confident, prepared, and connected during the second stage of labor. You’ll learn how your body, your baby, and your nervous system work together during pushing — and how to support your pelvic floor with breath, awareness, and functional positions.
We’ll explore how to create space in the pelvis, protect the perineum, and use your body’s natural rhythm for safer, more effective pushing. Whether you’re planning an unmedicated birth or an epidural, this class provides practical tools, clarity, and confidence for a more empowered birth experience.
Endorsed by midwives, physicians, and physical therapists.
Spring Into Your Stride: Injury Prevention Workshop for Runners
Learn how to spot imbalances, reduce injury risk, and train pain-free with Dr. Paul Nasri, Physical Therapist and running specialist. This workshop is designed for runners who want to better understand how their body handles the demands of training and how to reduce injury risk.
You will go through fundamental single-leg capacity testing to identify side-to-side differences in strength, control, and stability. From there, you will learn what those differences mean, which injuries they are commonly linked to, and how to address them through targeted training.
By the end of the workshop, you will have a clear understanding of your own movement, along with practical exercises and strategies you can apply right away to train more consistently and stay pain free.

Coaching Intensive Programming & Progressions: Quality-Based Training for Fitness Professionals with Esme Hovekamp
This seminar is designed for fitness professionals who want to deepen their understanding of training qualities—power, speed, strength, endurance, mobility, and stability—and learn how to apply them in group fitness settings.
Coaches will explore how the six foundational movement patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull, lunge/single-leg, and carry/core) serve as the framework for training these qualities. You’ll learn how to program with intention, coach effective progressions, and provide scalable options so every client in a mixed-level group can train toward the same quality successfully.
By the end of the seminar, you’ll have the tools to confidently design progressive programs, coach with clarity, and create training experiences that develop qualities beyond just “working hard.”
