Join us for an interactive workshop designed for runners looking to mitigate injury risk this training season and beyond.
Led by Dr. Paul Nasri, Doctor of Physical Therapy and founder of The Game Plan Physical Therapy, this session focuses on helping you better understand how your body moves and where breakdowns can happen.
You will be guided through fundamental single-leg capacity tests that are critical for runners of all levels. These tests help uncover muscular deficits between sides, which are one of the most common contributors to overuse injuries.
From there, we break it down. You will learn what those differences mean, which injuries you may be at risk for, and how to address them with targeted exercise and training strategies.
This is not just theory. You will leave with practical tools you can apply right away so you can train with more confidence and stay pain free this season.
What you will learn:
A clear understanding of side-to-side differences
What those differences mean and which injuries you may be at risk for
How to assess single-leg strength and capacity
Exercises and training interventions to address deficits
How to train more consistently with less risk of injury
Pricing
$45
All proceeds will support an Esquina member recovering from a brain aneurysm.
