Free Runner’s Clinic
Join Wilmot Stubblefield for a free 90-minute Runner’s Clinic designed to help you move more efficiently, build strength, and support the physical demands of running.
We’ll begin with a dynamic warm-up and mobility drills to prime the body for movement, followed by a guided group run (3–5 miles) with multiple pace options. Afterward, we’ll return to Esquina for a cooldown featuring targeted stretches and a core-focused strength sequence to improve running mechanics and recovery.
Whether you're training for a race, just love to run, or are completely new to running, this session offers evidence-based tools to support endurance, body awareness, and consistency in your practice.
