Free Kettlebell Strength & Mobility Class with Kate Edwards
This strength-based class utilizes kettlebells as a tool to awaken your body and mind. It will cover fundamental movement patterns and foundational kettlebell exercises while moving through a wide array of joint positions and strengthening end-ranges of motion. With a focus on movement execution and the “mind to muscle connection”, this class will help you to understand where you should “feel” exercises while drawing your focus within, deepening your mental connection with your body and its movement through space. You will leave feeling stronger, more energized, and more in tune with both body and mind. No prior movement experience necessary.
